Activities & Attractions:
For the adrenaline junkie there is Shark Diving , wind and kite
surfing, sand boarding, Abseiling, paragliding, skydiving, Motor car
racing , high speed boat rides and helicopter trips.
For the shopping enthusiast Cape Town has an array of shopping
centers with Canal Walk at Century City (the biggest) just 5 minutes
away. The Ratanga Junction Theme Park is also at Century City.
The Links Course at Milnerton and Atlantic Beach Golf club are only
a short drive away. There are lots of other top class golf courses
within easy driving distance.
The City Center, Table Mountain and the Waterfront are easy to get
to from the guesthouse. The City sightseeing “Hop on Hop Off” bus is
the best way to view the City
The Winelands: Paarl, Franschhoek & Stellenbosch are just an hour
away with some of the best wine farms in the World. They offer wine
tasting and most have wonderful restaurants to eat at as well.
The Peninsula tour with Simon’s Town penguin Colony, Cape of Good
Hope and Cape Point, Chapman’s Peak drive, Hout Bay & Kirstenbosch
Gardens are spectacular and easily to get to on your own or we can
arrange a tour for you.
Whale watching: you can drive to Hermans for the day or maybe be
lucky and see them at the beach right here.
The flowers in September/October are always a must with a day trip
up the Westcoast to Darling, Langebaan and Saldanha.
And for those that like to gamble Kenilworth Race Course for the J&B
Met in January and the Grand West Casino for live entertainment.
